Professional work with Groundswell Design Group for the interior design of the Peasant Grill in Hopewell, New Jersey. Tasked with reimagining what was a ground floor physician’s office, the team’s goal was to transform the space into a restaurant embodying a sophisticated farm-to-table ethos.

Process drawings show interior furnished plan and section elevation drawings with inspiration and suggested materials, fixtures and finishes pulling from country living and rustic influences.

Peasant Grill was awarded 2019 Best Hospitality Design for the trip-state area by the International Interior Design Association.
